Autumn Equinox. A moment of balance. Equal darkness and light, night and day.
Finding balance is like riding a bicycle, you have to keep on pedalling and trust that - somehow — in motion — balance is possible. It is not intellectual, it is a way of being, adjusting and finding one’s own rhythm.
As this season begins to unfurl, we are invited to a sensory feast of fiery hues, underfoot crunch, golden light and unhurried transformation.
We are invited to be still in the motion of life, appreciating the small delights in every micro detail in our environment and in the rituals of every day.
Inspired by the trees, as we open up to a new chapter we may gracefully let go of whatever is not meant for us, following our inner music and standing strong.
Love,
Lou
For you to reflect on and perhaps write in your journal:
A new season . . .
What are you saying goodbye to? What can you let go of at this turning point?
What would you like to call in for this chapter?
Quote of the week:
Autumn teaches us the beauty of letting go. Growth requires release — it’s what the trees do.
