Sunshine and a full moon, the evening light is unwavering with the sky palest blue. The tides, the creatures and us humans tend to feel a sense of heightened energy, a fullness and wildness, an emerging and rising. The completion of one lunar cycle. Deep breathing and warm drinks before sleeping may soothe your system if you are feeling wide awake.
This moon is known as the Hay moon or the Mead moon, the time of haymaking and sweet potion brewing. We are being invited us out to play and to feel refreshed as we move into this new cycle just beginning.
In the abundance of summer, it is key to keep tuning in to what we need. What we need is often not nearly as complicated as we might think. We might feel muddled up like a Rubik’s cube but often a good laugh, a proper cry, a deep sleep and an immersion in water will find us renewed.
Soothe and heal whatever needs soothing and healing in the way you know best, by listening to your body and refreshing yourself as a whole.
Love,
Lou
