From birdsong to wildflowers to the way the light falls…I can’t stop pointing to the beauty. Whether it’s a rainy day or a bright one, new life is everywhere, nature’s colour palette is vast. Cruising along on autopilot, it’s all too easy not to see what is all around or to believe we need to be atop a mountain to take in beauty.
Start exactly where you are. Take snapshots in your mind, discover the scent of leaves or fleurs, those planted and those self-seeded, hear soothing summer tones and invite your senses to be open to enchantment. Reflect on the beauty you encountered today, be it a beautiful intention or offering, a belly laugh or moment of sweet simplicity. Remember the beauty of being, just being a being is beautiful in itself, is it not?
Love,
Lou
For you to reflect on and perhaps write in your journal:
What beautiful treasures can you notice this week?
Recognise and point to inner beauty in yourself and others - perhaps the beauty of connection and encouragement?
Quote of the week:
I can't stop pointing
to the beauty.
